I come to you to bring reassurance and strength. I want you to know that your leadership team is working tirelessly to safeguard your rights as federal employees. We are fully engaged with National and our National Field Representative, ensuring that your voices are heard, and your concerns are addressed as we navigate these uncertain times – both under the new administration and right here in the Tucson Field Office. 

Now, more than ever, we must stand united. We cannot allow distractions to divide us or weaken our resolve. The attacks on the federal workforce are attacks on all of us, and we will not back down. We will continue to fight – together – for our rights, for our workplace, and for the dignity of every federal employee. 

Stay strong, stay engaged, and know that your leadership is here for you, every step of the way.
